To disable the super-standby: pull the 230V power plug (so take the power away) then press the arrow up and down together, keep them pressed when you power the operator, when the LED light starts blinking more then 2 times you can release the buttons.To enable super-standby, do the same again (LED will blink 2 times)
How can I learn a new force setting?

Learning the force only, press the yellow round button twice and either the up or down arrow will blink press the blinking arrow once the door will travel and stops at the endlimit, than press the other blinking arrow and the door will travel back. And the arrows will stop blinking
I want to change my old garage door opener, do I also need to replace the drive rail (chain, screw, belt)

Yes. You need a matching drive rail. If the operator is built before 2013, then yes replace rails and motorhead
Which operator should I choose for my garage door ?

Depends on the type of door, size and weight of the door.

I disengaged my operator into manual mode, and now the operator does not open or close the door

Move the door by hand so the trolley slider is over the yellow belt connector, then press the green button on the trolley to re-engage. Test by hand if door is re-connected.
After a power cut the operator lost the end limits what do I do?

Check if your reference clip (beltdog = a small white plastic clip on your toothed belt) is still fixed on the drive belt. You find the beltdog when looking towards the back of the door, at the right-hand side (same side as yellow belt connector) about 30 to 40 cm away from the motor (between belt and rail). If missing, then you can order it as a spare part.If it is not missing, then check your microswitch on top of the operator just behind the motor shaft

A factory setting is not possible You can overwrite the actual setting

Only for the EVFA models using the ADP-1EVO adaptor device.

Can I fit the garage door opener to side sliding sectional garage door?

yes, with using the correct drive rail. We also offer a special adaptor ADP-1EVO to enable safety edges, if needed.
Can I change the length of time the courtesy light stays on?

The courtesy light is set to stay on for a fixed time. You can use the 78EV wired push button to switch the garage door opener lights on and off. The LM750EVGB-1 has software to enable you to switch the light on / off via the remote.
Which accessories are compatible with the roller door opener?

depends on which model. Each model type has a specific radio code.

How often should my Garage Door be seriviced?

 We recommend checking your garage door every year.
What is a "Learn Button" and where is it located? 

A learn button is on the actual garage door unit and is used to program remotes, MyQ and set tolerance levels for the door.

Is the door blocked by anything? Pull manual release and check if door is correctly ballanced and moves freely. contact your local installer for service.

Re-program travel limits and force of the opener. Check for alterations in the mechanical components, e.g. door arms and fittings. After each new setting of the door position ‘Closed’, the automatic safety reverse should be checked for function.

Disconnect the power from the mains supply for a short time and try again. The lights should stay on for 2.5 minutes.

Transmission range of the device is too low?

Is a battery inserted? Put in a new battery. Try radio control in the car at another location. The transmission range diminishes for metal doors, aluminium or metal panels.

What hardware do I need if I want to use MyQ?

You need at home an internet router with a free Ethernet connector. The router should be not too far away from the garage. The range of the gateway is similar to a Wifi range or better. In any case with an Ethernet cable extension the gateway can move closer to the garage.
The green LED at the gateway is blinking a few times, then is off?

The gateway can work only with an internet router that gives the IP address using DHCP enabled (DHCP must be enabled at your router, standard router setting is "enabled".
How long can the Ethernet cable become between the gateway and the internet router?

Up to 100m. Please use types with CAT 5 quality.
How many operators or devices can a single gateway support?

A gateway can control 16 devices within the area it does reach wireless.
